When do I start paying?

You pay your first month's fee when you sign up, and your campaign goes live within a week. After that it is billed monthly. Ad spend goes to Meta directly from your own account.

Is there a contract?

Starter is month to month, cancel any time. Growth and Scale have a 3 month minimum because the follow up and booking system takes time to build and tune. After that they run month to month.

What counts as a lead?

A homeowner who fills in your form with a working phone number, telling you the roof problem, how urgent it is and their area.

How fast will I get leads?

Campaigns usually start producing enquiries within the first few days. It depends on your area and the time of year.

How does the guarantee work?

If you have not had 8 booked inspections within 60 days of your campaign going live, we keep running and managing it for free until you have. It applies when you spend at least €25 a day, call leads within 1 hour or use Growth follow up, run the agreed offer, and mark outcomes in your pipeline.

Does the follow up use my own number?

On Growth and Scale we set up a dedicated business number for texts and WhatsApp, so replies come from your company and your personal phone stays separate.

What do I need to do?
